Registration
The Registration Form (Word document format) was due by May 1 and should have been sent to Koen Van Den Abeele. Registration is mandatory as the number of attendees is limited.
Abstracts
Abstracts were due May 1 using the Abstract Submission template.
Location
The conference venue will be the Bladelin House. Hof Bladelin (Naaldenstraat 19, Bruges), 400 m from the central market square, is a medieval house which has recently been acquired by KU Leuven and refurbished as a conference center. The capacity is restricted so we will have to limit the number of attendees to 45-50. Thus, mark the date in your agenda right now and notify the Koen Van Den Abeele of your intention to attend ICNEM XX.
Note that ICNEM XX follows the International Symposium on Nonlinear Acoustics in Lyon, France, June 29-July 3.
As usual, we will arrange a number of social events, starting with a welcome reception, a social dinner, and an excursion.
Travel & Transportation
Air - The nearest international airports are Brussels, Belgium & Lille, France. Brussels connects directly to many European and international cities allowing most participants to reach Belgium with non-stop flight. Ostend, Antwerp, & Charleroi airports also connect to international cities and are serviced by by low-cost airlines such as Ryanair, JetAir, WizzAir, etc.
Train - Trains connect Brussels directly to Bruges, 2 trains/hour. This train trip is 1 hour from Brussels Central and 1.5 hours from the airport. The conference site is a 15-minute walk from the train station. Lille, too, is connected by 1-hour train ride directly to Bruges, 1 train/hour.
Car - Bruges is easily accessible by car via E40 Brussels-Ostend, Exit 8 - Bruges. This is a 3-hour trip from Amsterdam, Paris, or Cologne. From the UK, ferries go to Calais, Dunkerque, Ostend, and ZeeBrugge / Sea-Bruges.
Coming from the ISNA Lyon Meeting - Two Options
Fly from Lyon to Brussels. Then take a train from the Brussels airport to Bruges, 2 trains/hours with possibly a change in the Brussels Central station.
Take the TGV from Lyon to Lille. A direct train takes about 3 hours. Change trains at Lille to a train that goes to Bruges.

Our program will be posted as a PDF. Presentations should be 25 minutes maximum with 5 minutes for follow-up questions.
Lodging / Meals
As the Bladelin House does not offer accommodations, conference attendees must make their own hotel arrangements. However, the Conference Bureau's Meeting in Bruges has kindly provided a list of possible hotel accommodations. This list includes only hotels that offer special pricing. In the list's left column are some budget listings. This list will be updated continually. You also are free to choose your own hotel. There is no requirement/obligation at all.
